My mission is to work with teams and individuals to help them unlock their potential, create opportunities for development, collaborate effectively, and ultimately improve efficiency. For over two decades, I have fostered excellence and integrity in leadership, change management and in promoting relationships that build resilience and well-being in the workplace.

My education

My experience

Advisor to Executive level Canadian and French senior public servants and ministers’ offices, a diplomat and international project manager in Canada, Mexico and France. I participated in the negotiation of bilateral and multilateral agreements, managed intercultural teams and effectively navigated complex organizations to build partnerships based on trust to ensure successful program and project delivery.

As an international facilitator, I have developed and delivered trainings, World Cafés, forums and workshops in Switzerland and abroad. I have supported organizations, teams and individuals in the implementation of important transformations, and coached executive committees, executives, managers and employees.

A native of Canada, with French and Swiss citizenships, I am fluently bilingual in English and French with proficiency in Spanish. I have lived in Lausanne, Switzerland, since 2008.
